In order to maintain our Miami-Dade certification, the installation must use certain inserts, bolts and other materials. Also the anchor points for the screen and the track must be at the proper distance to meet engineering specifications depending on many factors.

This is why we rely on trained and certified dealers to install all our products.

We are working on a series of products that will not rely on Miami-Dade certification so they could be installed by the home owner. We expect those products to be available in 2008.
